Refund and Returns Policy

BeaconBridge Consulting provides digital services delivered through virtual sessions, strategic documentation, advisory reports, and communication-based consulting. A transparent refund process ensures fairness while recognizing the nature of time-based professional services.

Service Eligibility

Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

  • A service has not yet been initiated, and no consultation session or strategic work has taken place.
  • A scheduling conflict prevents delivery, and a new session time cannot be agreed upon.
  • A technical issue on the service operator’s side prevents proper delivery of a purchased session or package.

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds cannot be issued when:

  • A consultation session has already been completed.
  • Strategic documents, reports, or advisory materials have been delivered.
  • Delays are caused by a client’s failure to provide necessary information, attend scheduled sessions, or maintain communication.
  • A service has been partially delivered and work hours have been invested.

Modifications & Rescheduling

Clients may request a reschedule up to 24 hours before the session time. Short-notice cancellations or no-shows cannot be refunded due to the allocated consulting time.

Processing Time

Approved refunds are processed within 7–10 business days, returned to the original payment method.
